HOW IT WORKS

A clear process.
From specification to shipment.

Every order has its own technical and commercial requirements. We define the scope first, then coordinate the agreed sourcing and delivery steps.

01

Share your technical brief

Send the manufacturer, model or part number, quantity and destination. For optical or motion products, include the relevant datasheet, interface requirements and operating conditions.

Outcome: a defined sourcing requirement
02

Review sourcing options

Potential suppliers, availability and available documentation are reviewed. The proposal sets out product options, indicative lead times, pricing and the services offered.

Outcome: a proposal for your review
03

Confirm specifications and terms

Agree the final product reference, technical acceptance criteria, payment terms and responsibilities before purchasing coordination begins. Alternatives require your approval.

Outcome: an order with an agreed scope
04

Prepare for shipment

Coordinate supplier readiness and packing. Inspection, supplier testing, consolidation and additional protective packing can be arranged where included in the order.

Outcome: goods prepared for transport
05

Follow the agreed delivery plan

Receive available shipping information and documentation. Shipment follow-up, delivery responsibilities and customs arrangements follow the terms agreed for the order.

Outcome: delivery against the agreed terms
COMMON QUESTIONS

Before placing an order

Can I nominate a manufacturer or supplier?

Yes. Share the product link or supplier details with your enquiry. We can review purchasing and shipping coordination from that source, subject to the supplier’s terms and availability.

What if I only have a specification?

Send the application, technical requirements and any constraints. Potential options can be reviewed, with final suitability and product selection confirmed by you before purchase.

Can you source a complete instrument or equipment list?

Enquiries can cover individual optical or mechatronic components, complete instruments, or a list of related items. Include each model, quantity and required accessory so the scope can be reviewed.

How are shipping cost and lead time determined?

They depend on supplier readiness, packing dimensions, weight, origin, destination and transport method. Estimates are provided after these details are available.

Are inspection, calibration or installation included?

These services are not assumed. Any inspection, calibration documentation, supplier testing, installation or commissioning support must be expressly included in the agreed order.

Start with the specification.

Share what the component or equipment needs to do, and where it needs to go.
